TURBO SPLASH Filling

The role of fillings in the cooling tower is to increase the contact surface between droplets of circulating hot water and air, with the aim of maximizing the amount of heat transfer and the cooling capability of the tower.

This type of packing mostly used in cases where the circulating coolant water, contains High amount of Suspended Solids (TSS) like steel making plants. It is a combination of film type and splash type, which provides the efficiency of splash type filling but with much fewer total volume. Which itself leads to size reduction of cooling tower structure and overall cost as well.
